Once your order is shipped, the delivery time varies depending on the selected carrier and destination:

The total estimated shipping is available on the product box and in your shopping cart (You must Log In). Depending added products (quantity, size, weight, total price, etc..), the list of available carriers is presented with the costs associated port.

All shipping options (except for PostExport) include full insurance coverage to the amount of the invoice.

Premium Packaging

Your order will be carefully packed, a custom-made packaging to best protect the products with by example "dual-layer carton boxes". Tracking number (except for PostExport) will be communicated by email.

Product warranties

Warranty Coverage:

PREMIUM WATERCOOLING warrants its products and its parts against defects in materials or workmanship for 1 year.

Some hardware manufacturers (MSI, Kingston, Seagate ...) provide directly a guarantee and we organize to contact them if intervention is necessary. Anything above 1 year warranty offered by the manufacturer will be handled directly by the latter. The information of the guarantee specified in tooltip on the product page.

This warranty does not cover:

PREMIUM WATERCOOLING will not be liable for shipper's shipping delays. Once an order is shipped, it is up to the shipper courier to deliver the products; we will not be able to stop the shipment once it is shipped. If the shipper loses the package, the shipper courier will put a tracer on the package. Tracers take around 3-30 days

  • All software, including the operating system,
  • Any damaged or non-functional components,
  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect or significant change in appearance (all returned with the tag number missing or torn series product can be placed out of warranty),
  • Any material showing signs of damage or overheating.

When returning product to PREMIUM WATERCOOLING, you must first to contact us and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from the RMA department.

This can be initiated by e-mail to sav@nullpremiumwatercooling.fr or by completing the RMA request AFTER-SALES SERVICE form on our website.

General Terms of Sale

1 – General

The website www.premiumwatercooling.fr belongs to Cedric SENOCQ - PREMIUM WATERCOOLING | Siret 791 170 863 00017 | Code APE 4741Z, the company headquarters is located at the following address: 4 rue Marcel Clave - 40000 MONT DE MARSAN - France.

These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on www.premiumwatercooling.fr are systematically brought to the attention of every buyer to place an order. The fact of placing an order implies the customer’s full and unreserved adherence to general conditions of sale.

2 – Description of products

The informations mentioned on each product data sheet are given as a guide only. If errors are found, the responsibility of PREMIUM WATERCOOLING is not engaged. We undertake to use best efforts to correct as soon as possible errors or omissions after being contacted - contact@nullpremiumwatercooling.fr

3 - Products availability

You are informed of the availability of the product directly on the website.

In the case of unavailability of a product after ordering, the customer will be informed by e-mail or by phone of the expected time in which the order will be honored.

In case of out stock, and where the contractual delivery period could not be honored for a reason attributable to PREMIUM WATERCOOLING, we inform the customer by e-mail or phone and it will be proposed to either another product or we repay the amount of the corresponding command.

4 - Products prices

The prices on www.premiumwatercooling.fr are in Euros (€) only and do not include shipping. Prices are excluding tax (VAT not applicable, art.293-B of the General Tax Code).

The prices can be changed at any time without notice. At this price will be added shipping costs calculated based on the products ordered, the delivery destination selection and carrier. Shipping costs are specified on the product page by clicking the "Calculate your shipping rates" button. When the customer is connected to his account, the charges are mentioned in the basket and to each step of the order summary before the validation.

5 - Order

To submit an order, you must first login. You fill, according to instructions you are provided online form at your disposal where you specify the required credentials including your names, phone numbers, addresses, billing, delivery and e-mail.

You must accept the terms and conditions for access to the selection of means of payment. When the chosen payment (PayPal, PayPlug or Bitcoin) is valided, the order is registered, an order number is communicated to you as well as confirmation by email. The data recorded by the company PREMIUM WATERCOOLING constitute proof of the nature, content and date of the order.

6 - Cancel order

The order will be automatically canceled if payment is not received within 7 days.

If your order has not been shipped, you can ask to cancel on our form AFTER-SALES SERVICE. If, however, it is ready for shipment or already in transit, please wait until it is delivered to you before starting the return process to "Order History" from "My Account". Please note that you may have to pay return postage.

7 - Right to retract

7.1 For products "LUXE Systems Mod, LUXE Case Mod, Customization service"

As these are “personalised” products, the right of cancellation can only apply in accordance with the provisions of article L 121-20 of the French Consumer Code. In particular, cancellation is excluded (article 121-20-2, 3rd paragraph) for orders “for the supply of goods made in accordance with customer specifications or clearly personalised”.

7.2 For products "Accessories"

The customer has a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee from the date of arrival of products ordered to return at PREMIUM WATERCOOLING (AFTER-SALES SERVICE). The customer must send, at his expense and under his responsibility the products in its original packaging, in as-new condition along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment to the following address: PREMIUM WATERCOOLING - 4 rue Marcel Clave - 40000 MONT DE MARSAN – France.

Upon receipt of return, the customer will be refunded (within 14 days). The refund will be made using the same method of payment used in the original purchase (PayPal, PayPlug or Bitcoin).

For International customers are solely responsible for any shipping costs, as well as duties and/or taxes that may be incurred from the international transit.

8 - Delivery

8.1 Shipping Company

The products will be sent to the delivery address that the customer has given in the order confirmation.

International Shipping is carried out by FedEx, Chronopost and Colissimo, depending on your choice and compatibility with the order. Shipping dates are indicated for each carrier HERE.

8.2 International Shipping and Risk

All shipping options include full insurance coverage to the amount of the invoice.

PREMIUM WATERCOOLING will not be liable for shipper's shipping delays. Once an order is shipped, it is up to the shipper courier to deliver the products; we will not be able to stop the shipment once it is shipped. If the shipper loses the package, the shipper courier will put a tracer on the package. Tracers take around 3-30 days. In the case that a package arrives damaged we must be notified within 3 days of the date of delivery.

9 - Payment

9.1 Payment by Paypal

You can pay online confidently with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) on the PayPal platform.

Your credit card information is encrypted by paypal and we are never provided.

9.2 Payment by credit card

The payment by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) is carried out on Payplug's secure servers.

This implies that no banking information is transmitted via our website. All transactions and credit card data are secured with the SSL protocol and respect PCI-DSS standards.

9.3 Payment by cryptocurrency

We accept payment via Bitcoin with Bitpay.
Note: You must have a Bitcoin wallet in order to pay by this means. Our Bitcoin wallet address is provided to you at checkout.

9.4 Delay in payment

The order will be automatically canceled if payment is not received within 7 days.

10 - Customs duties

All international customers are responsible for paying all duties/taxes associated with the order.
